I still love Physix.

Yes people.
Eventhough I couldn't comprehend the second question,
eventhough I couldn't answer all the questions,
eventhough I know Physix's gone,
I still love Physix.
'Orang yang mencari cinta sejati takkan dapat cinta yang dicarinya, walaupun banyak cinta lain yang datang'.
Muah. Muah.
Upcoming things:
- Filling Uni forms.
- English final report with all its components.
- Physix second draft.
Just plain st*p*d.

My brain cannot process data at times. And because of that, I constantly do stupid things.
Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah, too late to do anything already.
Memang tak serik-serik.
Ya Allah, tolonglah hambamu ini. Amiin.
Briefly.

Thursday- Madam Piriya's birthday!!!! Celebrated with cakes and balloons.. (But still got class~ haih~) Chemistry test was crazee. Lepak-ed at The Web. Prayed Asar at Summit Hotel, saja nak try. The hotel is nice on the inside although it looks kinda creepy from the outside. The saying 'Don't judge a book by its cover' is justified. Date with Zubet at Black Canyon. Zubet 'paid' for my dinner~ Cayalah Zubet.. Hahaha..
Friday- Madam Piriya bought us four Canadian Pizzas!! Thanks a lot Mdm Piriyaaaaaa!!!! Meeting with fellow leos. Anddddd: MAHSURI! God, the music was fantastic. Hebat!!! The transition from one scene to another was smooth. (Teka teki: Pokok apa boleh naik ke langit? Pokok kelapa di Pulau Langkawi~)The silat part was cool but the part when Mahsuri 'bersilat' to defend herself while carrying a baby in her womb was the COOLEST! The scene that almost made me cry was when Mahsuri was imprisoned (due to false accusation from her wicked sister-in-law). At the same time, her husband was on his way back to Langkawi after winning the fight against Siam. Why it makes me sad? Because they're in the same scene but they cannot see each other.... After the show, Gee-kah, Kina, Adilah, Rahael and I went to the Kedai Mamak 23 Jam, the kedai paling hujung at Mydin... (Nasi lemak ayam dia sedap~)
Saturday- Adventure to MAIS. Boarded the T523 Rapid KL (Rapid la sangat~ Tunggu lama giler kot~ Takpe, takpe, at least dapat duduk all the way..), took KTM to Shah Alam and then taxi to MAIS. (Taxi is like soooooo cheap in Shah Alam). Lepak-ed at the huge McD until Niny came after her MUET. Talk, and then changed our port to Sup Utara Power.. Met Fatimah, Fadhlina and Kay Ay there.. Talk talk somemore.. Kay Ay belanja ice cream (thanks, bro!) Went to Niny's house, slept on Timah's bed (seriously sedap giler katil diaaaaaaaaa) Dinner at Noor Hakim. Talked to Aereena through Kay Ay's phone.. Talk talk talk.. Made new friends (Mila, Atie, Ika, Dolly, Farha, Naimah, and Hanum among others) A wild taxi ride from MAIS to Casa costs RM 20.00 which is sooo giler murah.
Sunday- 2nd date with Zubet, this time at Kedai Mamak 23 Jam. Normal day. Nothing happens. Ohhhhhhhhh, Intan surprised us with her 'microwave' chocolate cake. Hebatlah kau Intannnnn!! Don't forget my birthday, yeahhhh?? Talked and talked with Mum, Mimi, Daddy, and Naim. Latest update: Mimi- Daddy wants her to become a pediatrician (again). Naim- won a Gold in Poomsae, Bronze in Sparring and fought hard in Group Poomsae.
Monday? Hmmm...
Carboxylic acid is very polar.
0 comments Published Thursday, April 23, 2009 by uraniumwise inSalam to all.
The good news is, this is the first Chemistry test that I answered all question.
On the flipside, I was so confident that Carboxylic Acid is polar.
I guess, as always, Chemistry's gone.
Haih~
Maths Directed Investigation was crazee. But the second one was quite a relief.
Maths test, alhamdulillah, first time rasa boleh jawab semua.. Haha..
Bio... Erm.. Cis, I struggled with both the 4-marks question. What tha? It's suppose to be simple to anyone who seriously study but, tu la tak baca betul-betul...
I am now at the Web, it is 5.22 pm and I'm suppose to Asar before I go home. But I feel like my body is so attached to the comfy kerusi pusing pusing. And I feel like punching or kicking the big arm target, but sir still didnt get me mine...
I feel like typing to replace the urge to kick the big arm target. So, don't bother to read what else I write here in this post. I just write anything that comes to my mind. I like to type but I'm quite particular with the keyboard. I like The Web's keyboard. I like it very much.
I feel heavy, both physically and mentally. I don't know. But I usually feel this way whenever the 'fire' is gone. In this case, my tests.
Haha, I remembered what Izzan told me about me. Haha, she said that I'm not that kind of person who talks to guys. My first reaction was, where got? But then, I looked back and kinda agree with Izzan. I mean, I now realise that my circle of friends are mostly girls.
My guy friends are usually my classmates or anybody I have association with. Yeah, that's the word, association. I talk to guys with reason and I seem to grasp the concept of 'If you don't want to talk to me, I don't want to talk to you either'.. Haha.. It applies to guys only okay?
Why? Haha.. I think guys are weird.
Anyway, I realise that I have this habit of crossing my arms whenever, wherever. I couldn't remember from where I've read it, but it mentioned that this kind of behavior means that the person is defensive and quite impatient...
I guess it's true. Haha.. Just ask my housemates. They know better~
Oh, Happy Birthday to Ikha!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is your last birthday in Malaysia because you'll celebrate the next one in US! =)
It is 5.38 and I'm still yet to decide which bus to take. Haaaaaah...
I still feel like tapping this keyboard hard and I feel like talking but without opening my mouth.. Haha.. Lemak giler..
I'm a home person, I would say. And one of my friend asked me, tak boring ke?
Well, I'm not sure how to answer that.
I'm a boring person. Just live with it.
Okay, okay give me topics to write about.. Hmmm...
Well, I have these things in mind that I want to write, but nevermindlah.
Could it be that the release of dopamine and epinephrine during the SPM days help me with my studies?
It was a crazee thing to do. And a wild thing to hope. I couldn't believe it.
I don't want the same thing to repeat itself. Just forget it. Too soon, too long.
Would ice cream cure this thing I'm having?
I tried. But it doesn't work.
Happy happy tolonglah.

After the programme ended, I just have one thing in mind~ I want to sleep!!!!!
No, don't get me wrong. This programme is definitely far from boring. Seriously.
The reason I'm so tired after the whole-day programme is because I LAUGH SO HARD~
Ustaz Hasrizal presented in a very casual and funny way.. And I'm quite sure, despite my 'ayu' apprearance (me in my favourite white baju kurung that makes me feel 'ayu' everytime I wear it~ Hahahaha~ I can't believe that I'm actually writing this.. I wonder how I feel about it when I read it 30 years from now~), I laugh my HEART out... Tak caya tanya Zaty~
Penat, penat~ Huhh..
Anyway, I'll be telling you guys out there of what Ustaz Hasrizal told us... These are from my notes actually.. Stories selected are the ones that I remember.. Pardon the mix in language, will ya?
We must become people of 'Quadrant Par Excellence' (Quadrant 4)- people with good Akhlak and high productivity..
Story 1.The three workers and a school boy. One day a schoolboy interviews a construction worker who is doing some plastering work on a house. The boy said, 'Assalamualaikum, pak cik tengah buat apa tu?' And the first worker harshly replied, 'Eh, ko tak nampak ke apa aku tengah buat??' and that made the boy ran... He then go to the second construction worker who is doing the same job, 'dibawah matahari sama panas, peluh sama masam, gaji sama banyak...', give salam and ask the same question. The second worker said with a smile, 'Saya tengah sain cheque saya~'. Later, the boy approached another construction worker, give salam and ask the same question. The third worker who works 'dibawah matahari sama panas, peluh sama masam and gaji sama banyak' said with a broad smile, 'Saya tengah fikir-fikir.. Nanti rumah ni.. Bapak dia akan baca paper minum kopi kat sini.. Mak dia tengah masak kat sana.. Anak dia tengah main-main kat sini.. Saya rasa seronok dapat menyumbang kepada kebahagiaan keluarga ni...'
Conclusion of the story: Even though the three workers do the same work, their niat and motive differs and therefore, they earn different result. 1st worker - works because of 'terpaksa' which leads him to 'terseksa'. 2nd worker- works with a focus (to earn income) which makes him a person who accepts. 3rd worker - works with an aim to contribute which gives him a feeling of content and happiness.
Which of the three workers you like the most and which one of the three workers do you want to be like?
Do we need 'Hari Akhirat' or the Day of Judgement?
Yes, we need them because justice needs to be served. Ustaz Hasrizal mentioned a story about a serial killer who killed 100 people. Whatever the method we choose to torture him and later kill him, at most he can die just once. We need the Day of Judgement so that Allah with His power can give a sentence that is equal to his sin.
Video 1. Antara Kereta dan Payung Mayat. No elaboration needed. I'm sure you can understand it.
Our community doesn't promote curiosity. I mean, look at how people used to respond to questions. Eg. 'Mak, kenapa tak boleh duduk atas bantal?' 'Nanti tumbuh bisul'.. 'Ayah, kenapa tak boleh tiarap angkat kaki' 'Nanti mak kau mati cepat..' etc..etc. In extreme cases, the parents might give responds like 'Dok senyap-senyap, jangan banyak cakap..' Well, I'm not generalising this to all Malayians but, I'm pretty sure that these things still going on.. Ustaz Hasrizal mentioned his encounter with a small family orang putih at an airport somewhere.. The kid keep asking questions, sometimes silly ones, but the father earnestly answer them all..
This is just a small fraction of what I get from the talk. I plan to write more but:
Monday: Math's Directed Investigation & Physix lab report. ~.~
Tuesday : Math's Directed Investigation. Biology Test~~~ @.@
Wednesday : Math's Test. T.T
Thursday : Chemistry Test. -.-'

Operation Theater. Kidney. Cayalah.
4 comments Published Wednesday, April 15, 2009 by uraniumwise inSalam to all.
Yeah baby!! Today I feel like a real surgeon~ Cayalah... Let's take a look at these pictures...
The two goat's kidneys before dissection. The one on top will be dissected by Dr. Athirah and the other one will be dissected by Dr. Wany (I love the sound of it~)... Oh yeah, apparatus: Well, you basically need a sharp scapel.. and a pair of gloves...
Dr. Athirah starts her dissection first. Dr. Wany observed and gave constructive comment... (And took this picture~)

Meanwhile, Dr. Fauziah also begin dissecting the kidney.. Dr. Teh patiently observed and wait for her turn...
First procedure: Just cut through the middle of the kidney...
Result: Kidney dissected by Dr. Athirah...
After Dr. Athirah is done with her operation, Dr. Wany started hers. See the happy happy smile on her face.. (Dr. Wany needs to improve on her stamina and operating skills because she doesn't like to stand while performing the operation...)
Every great surgeon needs to start from somewhere right? Today is goat's kidney day.. Perhaps I will operate a real living human brain in the next 20 years (maximum)??? (Ya Allah, please ease my path to become a successful neurosurgeon.. Amiin) (Somehow, I began to feel that 20 years is a very looooooooooooooong time~ Haih, what to do? Somebody's gotta do it~)Chairs.

I feel like typing something but I could not think of something to type.
Oh wait, I remember it now:
Today's lesson: If you want to use the computer for a long period of time, don't use the 'high chairs' ones at the library... Unless if you're a tall person, and your feet can actually touch the ground while you sit comfortably on the chair...
Thank you Dr. Adnan. What you said is what I really want to hear..
P/s: Suja, Toma still handsomela walaupun dah rambut kerinting..
Kembali beroperasi.

Last night. Phone conversation.
My sister and me.
'Eh kakak, tak pegi concert Archie ke? Bukan dekat je ke?'
'Ala, kalau nak pegi pun daddy bagi ke?'
'Mestila, daddy yang tanya Mimi 'kakak tak pegi ke?'... Tapi, kena guna duit sendiri la..'
'*Mengira-ngira duit dalam accountku*.. Ala, duit tu takpe.. <--chey.. Betul ke daddy bagi pegi?? Awat tak bagitau awai-awai?'
'Tak tau la, nah cakap dengan daddy..'
My dad and me.
'Daddy, takkan kot daddy bagi kakak pegi?'
'Well, you can always ask first..'
'Tapi Mimi cakap daddy bagi kakak pegi???'
'Mana ada daddy bagi.. Daddy cuma tanya dia kakak pegi ke tak?..'
'Kiranya daddy bagi la tu...'
'That's two different thing...'
'Laaaaa...'
'You can always give a proposal...'
'Alaaaaa penat je.. Daddy mana bagi punyaaaa...'
'Kalau macam dekat Subang Parade tu boleh consider la kot..'
'Okayyy.. cikgu kakak ada buat expedition panjat Mt. Nuang. Daddy bagi tak?'
'Sekarang tengah musim-musim hujan ni bahaya la.. '
'Kakak dah tau dah. Sebab tu kakak dah tak payah pikir bila cikgu tanya sapa nak pegi. Kakak tau daddy akan tak bagi punya...'
'Well, you can always propose next time..'
'Haaaah~~~'
Now it's my mom's turn.
'Mummy beli kasut untuk Mimi and jacket untuk Naim...'
'Ohhh... bagusnye diorang.. Tapi okayla, sebab kakak pun haritu dapat kasut baru.. Hehehe.. Mummy tengah makan kat mana?'
'Mee udang uncle Zul sebelah pak wan tu..'
'Mee udang????'
Back to me and my sister, Mimi.
'Kakak, daddy suruh Mimi jadi accountant pulak..'
'Haaahhh ACCOUNTANT?? Cakap haritu nak jadi lawyer??'
'Oh, daddy cakap Mimi punya sejarah asyik teruk je.. macamana nak jadi lawyer..'
'Haritu sejarah dapat apa?'
-CUT-
'Brapa markah lagi nak lepas grade tu?'
'Lagi 6 markah'
'Hahaha <--gelak sayang.
'Bukan family kita dah ramai ke accountant? Haritu bukan dah bagitau Lynn Mimi nak jadi lawyer?'
'A'ah'
'Hmmm.. okayla, Mimi sesuai la kot jadi accountant. Mimi kan cam kedekut sket and berkira pasai duit ni.. Cuma kena improve on maths sket la'
'A'ah'..
My lil bro, Naim and me.
'Haritu kakak dah tengok helicopter untuk naim.. Kalau Naim dapat nombor satu kakak bagi helicopter tau?? Tahun ni tak dak birthday present.. Haritu dapat nombor brapa?'
'Nombor satu campur dua.... (Naim mumbles and mumbles in his language that I couldn't comprehend)
'Ohhh... Nombor lain tak mau.. Nombor satu je dapat hadiah..'
'Tapi Naim dah masuk kelas nombor satu..'
'Sat, Naim dapat nombor berapa?'
'Nombor 21'
'Nombor 21????!!!! Haih...'
-talk, talk and talk some more and then the end-.
Conclusion that can be made from this 20-minute phone conversation:
- Mimi will join the 'Accountants United' club -exclusive club for our family members that is in any way related to the world of Accounting- which currently have ELEVEN members (as far as I can remember). -Ayah Mie, Suja, Abang Jan, Kak Hana, Ale, Kak Nana, Kak Ida, Abang Yie, Abang Faizur, Ali, Wahida...-
- 'Medics United' club insyaAllah will recruit new member.. Current member: ONE.
- However delicious mamak first floor's roti canai, it cannot beat Uncle Zul's Mee Udang~
- Naim will have to implement his 'Saya orang Melayu, saya cakap Melayu' campaign in order to improve his BM marks...
- I can always TRY my LUCK to ask for any permission to do anything from Daddy.
- I wish these type of conversation can happen more often.
- I never say this out loud but I MISS YOU MOM, DAD, MIMI and NAIM!!!
Why engineering is not my thing.
0 comments Published Friday, April 10, 2009 by uraniumwise inSalam to all.
I feel like talking in bahasa rojak. Okayla, firstly, to all my engineering buddies and my beloved parents, jangan terasa dengan tajuk tu okay?
Haha.
The thing is, I don't really enjoy maths. Well, I do but only certain type of maths. Maths that doesn't require the use of calculator (especially the big, bulky Graphic Calculator, anyway, thanks MARA for sponsoring it =) ) Maths that doesn't involve 'ugly' numbers eg. numbers with decimals and stuff... Maths that appear realistic to be used in daily life not the ones like exponential graphs or log.. (banyak complain la pulak~)
That's way I kinda enjoy Euclid. Although it's kinda hard, but I think the questions are the type of questions that I like to do. Olympiad is a different thing...
Anyway, when I learn something about the human body during biology *like the ones we're learning now*, I get very excited and I feel amazed by how wonderful Allah had created us all.
I mean, take the anatomy of the alveoli for example. Look at how creative and how delicate the process of oxygen transfer from the air, through the one cell thick capillary and then combine with the haemoglobin of the red blood cell. I mean, who would have thought of something very complex like that. And the fact that the whole process occurs without us even thinking about it is like, WOW. Subhanallah. Allahuakbar.
And, something about the red blood cell too that caught my attention. Of all cells, the red blood cell is not equipped with nucleus. And so, it has hollow centre which gives a biconcave shape to the cell. The advantage? The cell has a very high surface area to volume ratio, which directly increases the rate of diffusion of substances into and out of the red blood cell. Oxygen pun senang lah nak masuk keluar. Carbon dioxide pun sama.
Oh yeah, the sweating mechanism. How our body detects increase in temperature and thus initiate a negative feedback mechanism to return our body temperature to the optimum one. The release of sweat to cool us down and the whole process related to it.
And oh, the stage of human development. How an embryo develops into a foetus is a very WOW thing, don't you think?
And of course, my favourite topic. The BRAIN.
I don't know how to explain it but the brain is just wonderful...
The following is an article taken from: Harun Yahya.com
AL-FATIR
The Creator; The Originator
“O My Lord, You have granted power to me on Earth and taught me the true meaning of events. O Originator of the heavens and Earth, You are my Friend in this world and the next. So take me as a Muslim at my death, and join me to the people who are righteous.” (Surah Yusuf, 12:101)
Earth has a special design that supports life. Its location in space and its special structure, which meets the needs of all living beings, make it clear that this planet is the product of a superior wisdom. Our planet's living beings show that an astonishing design is inherent in all of them. Gifted with an appropriate bodily structure, every living being lives in a suitable setting.
This aside, as we focus more on the details of their formation, the fact of creation appears more clearly. Each cell, the basic unit of every living being, has a perfect system and such a flawless order that it is a clear refutation of the unbelievers' claim that life somehow created itself or is the result of a series of coincidence.
All that we see around us carries traces of an intelligent and purposeful design—a design that belongs to our Creator: Allah. Our Lord's artistry is visible in any detail. Allah relates His system's inherent perfection, as follows:
He Who created the seven heavens in layers. You will not find any flaw in the creation of the All-Merciful. Look again—do you see any gaps? Then look again and again. Your sight will return to you dazzled and exhausted! (Surat al-Mulk, 67:3-4)
Say: “Am I to take anyone other than Allah as my protector, the Bringer into Being of the heavens and Earth, He Who feeds and is not fed?” Say: “I am commanded to be the first of the Muslims” and “Do not be among the idolaters.” (Surat al-An‘am, 6:14)
Their Messengers said: “Is there any doubt about Allah, the Bringer into Being of the heavens and Earth? He summons you to forgive you for your wrong actions and to defer you until a specified time.” They said: “You are nothing but human beings like ourselves who want to debar us from what our fathers worshipped; so bring us a clear authority.” (Surah Ibrahim, 14:10)
Subhanallah.
Subhanallah.
Subhanallah.
I love biology!!!
=)
Serik dengan terik.

Don't expect me to go home before 5pm.
Because I won't be.
Because the sun is so bright.
Panas~ I can tolerate. So much so that my ex-roomate, Ili <--- I miss you a LOT, Ili!) always scold me for no turning the fan on... Yeah, and my sister 'membebel' about that too. (Note: my sister is younger than me, but she's the one whose always scolding me, not the other way around.. Hahaha~ )
Bright sunlight ~ Aaaaarrrggggghhhhhhhhh~ Tak tahan betul!!!!!!! (Haha, and now I'm doing SAM, and aiming for Aussie Unis.. Well, I actually hope for Auckland really... The point is, Aussie's suppose to be hotter right?-certain part of Aussie la-)
Too many people aiming for the same thing~ Which is the bus, obviously. Well, one thing about me is that I don't like waiting <--Ya Allah, please make me a patient person. Amiin) and I don't like to 'berebut'. Sangatlah tak civilised... Haih~
So, as a conclusion <--ayat template to end a presentation), I will take the 6pm or 7pm bus.
Thank you very much.
I can't wait for tomorrow. I love Fridays<-- because Saturday is a holiday!!
Oh, the new Prime Minister of Malaysia has announced his cabinet.
No comment. But I hope they work hard to make Malaysia a better place.

Dear juniors <-- cheh, bajet senior sgt la.. Lebey kurang jer kot.. Haha..
You can find *some* useful articles in the March and April 2008 archive. Interviews and stuff related to that. My articles are more inclined towards medicine, haha..
If you guys have any questions or anything lah, feel free to leave a comment...
Salam to all.
Alhamdullillah, the Euclid thing is over. Well, I didn't manage to answer all but I did try my best.. I'm really really glad that it's over.
Now, I have to focus on my:
- English DRAFT - Oh God~ (no progress since the last time I wrote about it~)
- Maths - Chapter Review 6- Haih~
- Bio worksheet.
I can't wait for the weekend~
Have you ever felt like you want something but you always couldn't get your hands on it?
Sometimes, I feel like Allah purposely make it that way so that I still stay near to His track.
I'm grateful for that. Thank you Allah.

Keje memang banyak. Banyak sangat.
Baju dah rendam, nak tak nak mmg kena basuh la.
Mata dah ngantuk, tapi baru 2245 hours.
Satu hari dah burn. Esok pun ada probability nak burn.
Cuti dua hari mmg tak cukup.
Bila nak start degree ni?
Cuba cari hobi baru,
Tak dapat stick to one.
Oh, nampaknya Friendsterku dah 'revived from its death',
Yela, dah dua kali attend CPR course,
dapatla buat CPR kat Friendster ku itu.
Friendster pun dah hilang privacynya,
Dah ala-ala Facebook,
InsyaAllah I won't make a Facebook account in the near future,
Sangatlah tak ada privacy.
Malaysia ada PM baru.
Komen? Tak layak nak komen sebab mmg tak ambik kesah hal-hal politik.
Sekadar tahu sikit sikit.
Kenapa lately macam rajin nak post banyak-banyak?
Hmmm... The writing juice is flowing,
Too bad it's not flowing in the correct river,
Like the 2000-word-essay river,
God, I need some help.
The layout seems bosan,
Tapi rasa leceh nak tukar sana tukar sini,
So,
biarkan je lah.
Apa-apa je lah...
Oh, I miss you Langkawi.
(nak letak gambar tapi internet tgh slow..)
Salah formula.

This morning is one of my 'stupid-est' moment. Arghhhhhhhhhhhhh, geram sangattttttttt!!!!!!!
I lost. Yeah, no big deal right?
The thing is, I can accept the fact that I lost but one thing for sure, I can't accept the fact that my body doesn't seem to react to the shuttlecock. My body was like static. A lot lot lot of easy shots I couldn't take. It's definitely an easy win to my opponent. Easy giler sampai dia tak payah nak gerak sana sini pun. Cissssssssssssssssss....
Why? Well, the result of the post mortem is:
- Before any fight (I prefer the word 'fight'), you must get your mind and body on the game.
- Before any fight, you must keep yourself 'light' and 'moving'.
- The night before the fight, do not eat a lot.
- Fight on an empty stomach is good.
- Wearing red doesn't give you any advantage. <-- hahahaha.
- It's good when no one there knows who you are.
- It's good to be invisible.
- Whatever it is, it's still a good experience.
- Whatever it is, people just don't care~ hahaha~
The verdict: 30-9...Haih~

And I wanna believe you,
When you tell me that it'll be ok,
yeah I try to believe you,
But I don't
When you say that it's gonna be,
It always turns out to be a different way,
I try to believe you,
Not today, today, today, today, today...
Bio presentation in an hour. The presentation that cannot exceed 3 minute.
Gotta practice. Yeah.
Current song inside my head: Gotta find you - Joe Jonas.
We must support each other like the twin tower do.
C'mon J2 08!
Today's lesson: Some things are just not worth it. You cannot be me. I cannot be you. There are some skills in life that you're just not born with (take wearing high-heels for example). Beautiful is subjective. Stop searching. Start to be. Some things just come way too early. Some things are worth telling.
