Ya Allah, aku mohon keberkatan dalam rezeki yang aku terima agar aku tidak perlu bergantung kepada orang lain selain daripadaMu. 


Ya Allah, aku mohon kesabaran dan kelapangan dada agar aku tidak mudah marah dan kecewa apabila diuji olehMu.


Ya Allah, aku mohon rasa kasih dan sayang kepadaMu dan rasulMu melebihi dunia dan segala isinya. 


Ya Allah, aku mohon dipanjangkan rasa kasih dan sayang kepada kedua ibu bapaku agar aku dapat sentiasa taat dan hormat kepada mereka dan dapat menjaga mereka dengan sebaik-baiknya.


Ya Allah, aku mohon keberkatan dalam setiap minit pembelajaranku agar mudah untuk aku faham, ingat dan hafal ilmu-ilmu yang bermanfaat dan janganlah wujud perasaan sombong atau riak dalam hatiku dengan ilmu-ilmu tersebut.

Why must I give up before I even try?


In Health Psych 122, there's this term called 'Learned Helplessness'.






You should now have a rough idea of what that term means. 


Is it a human instinct to say 'That's it for me, I'm done'?


'I'll never get any better than him. Why bother trying?'


No, I don't think so. But what I think doesn't represent what I did or will do. Yet.


I just hate the fact that I let go of things so easily. Urgh, take knitting for example. urgh!!!!!!


Others who tried and failed *well,they didn't actually fail, cantik je ape yang diorang buat waktu first try*, well, they keep trying and sekarang collection diorang tersangatlah banyak. 


That makes me distance myself from the knitting stick thingy and yarn even more. Why?


The honest answer, I hate to fail a bigger failure. It'll look so stupid to fail while others can. So if I take the step to just sit there in a corner, quietly, shutting myself out, I won't fail whatsoever.


And being honest again, ah, forget it. it's just hard to be honest, here, or anywhere or to anyone. Because this thing is just plain stupid.

Yeah, I'm in a good mood today, tee hee. Alhamdulillah.


Today is our Courses and Careers Day, so I volunteered to get people to and fro the rec centre and O'Rorke.


Fuh, never thought it's gonna be that tiring. 


The thing that got me really glad was when I helped this pair of mother and daughter, both wearing red. The daughter wants to study Fine Arts... Okay, so the point is, both of them we're really satisfied with IH and I'm really happy that they're happy. :)


Oh, did I mention the 50nzd voucher from Accoms office? tee hee. 


So it's kinda worth the soreness a little bit.


Now, I'm wasting my time again, looking over online book stores to find this book :

I've just completed the 'Secret Admirers' form. One of the activities in O'Rorke. haha.


And there's a section; Hobbies.


God, I actually had a hard time figuring out what my hobby is. Let alone hobbies. =.=


Sheesh. 


So I wrote, no. 1 : Surfing the web. 


no. 2 : Reading.


no. 3 : Playing sports.


if there's one thing I hate about myself is that I don't have a positive addiction.


I have friends who are really into Korean drama and stuff, manga, anime, crochet, movies, series, all sorts of stuff.


But I don't have that.


I watch movie if it's right in front of my eyes (which sometimes require some effort from the people around me to put the movie right in front of my eyes), I don't have the patience to keep up with series (as I tend to 'aaahh, cepat laaaa... bila nak jadi ni??'), the same goes to anime (I tried watching Cooking Master Boy -but I kinda liked that and I actually quite hooked-, Ranma 1/2.. and err, does Sailormoon count? ), and I sorta gave up on knitting T.T


And I don't know if it's good or bad, haha, because sometimes I feel a lil bit disconnected, but sometimes I feel glad not having the dying feeling to know what's going to happen in the next episode of a series.
